i had a 2012 land-rover free-lander for a service reset version v4.402 wont do it but luckily i had v4.31 which does and completed the function, i went to send a datalog and got Chinese gibberish in the bottom of the screen and it did not send so support can you tell me what that was.. -

For this issue, can you get into this function from V4.402? Or you entered into this function, but it failed to work? -

support that was last week i have had 30 more customers since then you need to be on the ball a bit more (like instant reply's not a week later) -

i can not like i said the customer is long gone and would not send datalog just a line of Chinese script on the bottom of the screen then nothing..
